Every class involves hitting the bag, working on the Mitts and a mix of strength training and/or cardio conditioning that may involve equipment such as: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Air Dye Bike, Treadmill, Rower, Battle Ropes, Medicine balls and etc. Class runtime is 1 hour long.
